The pretzel bites were bigger than the AMC Fresh Meadows where we normally go to and she could not even finish that platter. She said the wings were rubbery and not that flavorful. My wife got the Big Bite Sampler for $15.79. I had ordered a Bacon Ranch burger and fries (which was massive and delicious by the way) for $14.49. ![]() We were starving and the food came about 35-45 minutes later. It made sense when he told us that you can order the food before you sit in your chair and the staff would bring the food over. Does no one care about their work environment anymore? Is this theater managed by a teenager? I will no longer set foot in this theater. The air was musty and the seats, well, Let’s just say we took one look and walked out. The theater itself was also not cleaned out yet and completely trashed. We could’ve walked in to ANY movie) and the trash cans were not emptied but overflowing. We got to our theater (without ANYONE checking our tickets. A lake of juice on the floor by the vending machines, trash and popcorn littered everywhere, and not one custodian in sight cleaning anything. ![]() The place was NOT packed, no terrible lines, not busy at all, but it was absolutely FILTHY. My boyfriend and I walked into this theater tonight for a 9:30 showing, and we were immediately disgusted by our surroundings, even before we got to our screen. I usually try not to leave negative reviews, but my streak has ended.
